5006 Managing Frustration and Anger at Work (THIEP)

Description
Course Overview
Working in high-risk, high-pressure environments such as industrial construction sites and oil & gas refineries often involves tight deadlines, safety-critical decisions, physically demanding tasks, and complex team coordination. These conditions can lead to frustration and anger, which—if unmanaged—can impact safety, teamwork, productivity, and personal well-being.
This course provides practical tools and strategies to help workers and supervisors recognize triggers, manage emotional responses, and communicate effectively under pressure. Participants will learn how to stay in control in challenging situations, reduce conflict, and contribute to a safer and more respectful work environment.
