5003 Prioritization & Workload Management for NGO Teams (THIEP)

Description
Course Overview

NGO professionals operate in high-pressure environments where needs are urgent, resources are limited, and priorities can shift rapidly. This course equips staff and volunteers with practical tools to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and maintain sustainable workloads without compromising impact.
Participants will learn how to align daily tasks with organizational mission, respond to changing contexts (such as humanitarian crises), and build systems that improve both individual productivity and team coordination.
